A correction
Send the entry number, the sentence you believe is wrong, the document that settles it and a link or a scan where possible. A public record is the only thing that can overturn a published fact here. Corrections are published with their date, and the entry keeps its plan number.
A question about the work
If you work in one of the trades this desk covers and want to explain how something is really done, say so in the first line and describe the part of the job a reader cannot see from outside. The desk prefers a concrete detail from a real week over a general description of an industry.
