It is written for the reader who watches the industry from outside and wants the machinery rather than the rumor. This desk is not an agency, not a production company and not a talent service.
The rule about people
A person is named in an entry only where a public record establishes the fact: an announcement, a filing, a program, a published interview. When a story is corrected, the correction is published and dated rather than quietly removed.
Corrections
Write to [email protected] with the entry number in the subject line. A correction that changes a fact is published with the date it was made, and the entry keeps its original plan number.
