The 911 tapes from the day Anna Nicole Smith died have been released - the audio files are available here, if you are so inclined.

In other Smith news, her last movie is due to be released on DVD in May. It’s a Sci-Fi movie titled “Illegal Aliens”.

The film stars Smith, who died last week in Florida, as one of three aliens who transform themselves into “super-hot babes and arrive to protect the Earth from intergalactic forces of evil,” according to press materials from MTI Home Video, which will distribute the movie through DVD outlets.

Smith invested her own money in the project and even took part in scripting her role. Her son, Daniel, who died in the Bahamas in September at age 20, three days after Smith gave birth to her daughter, was credited as an associate producer on the film.

Speaking of her son, Daniel - Anna’s will apparently left everything to her son Daniel - not to her baby Dannielynn.

Howark K. Stern told reporter Mark Steines that Anna Nicole’s will was drawn up in 2001, and never changed.

In the interview, which aired on TV last night (12Feb07), Stern said, “Everything went to her son Daniel. Now, because Daniel’s gone and (baby) Dannielynn is an only child, everything goes to Dannielynn. Everything.

“I am named as the executor in that will, and I was also appointed or named as Daniel’s guardian in that will. And again, that was way back in 2001.”

Uhh… I’m sure he was just clarifying just in case anyone was thinking that maybe he had something to do with her death. Just.In.Case.

Thought we would join in the Thursday Thirteen fun this week - with a Diva Twist. Instead of 13 things directly about Me - I have thirteen celebrity facts I’ve run across this week and found to be interesting:

1. Paris Hilton parks in spaces reserved for the handicapped. Either there is something we don’t know about Miss Hilton and her handicap, or she’s an ass. I put my vote in for ‘ass’.
2. Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are denying wedding rumors. They’re planning on leaving Nambia in a few days… hmm, so Brad can start filming Oceans 13?
3. American Idol loser (why do we say runner-up? She’s not the winner.. therefore..?), Katharine McPhee, has signed a record deal with music mogul Clive Davis in conjunction with 19 Recordings Unlimited. (the label is managed by Simon).
4. How many of you could win the trivia question “Who was the Fifth Beatle?” Anyone? Well his name was Billy Preston and he died today at the age of 59. RIP. (of course, the fifth Beatle” has been used, accurately, to describe their bassist, Stuart Sutcliffe, who left the band in 1962, and died of a brain hemorrhage shortly thereafter. Similarly, their drummer Pete Best (replaced by Ringo Starr when the band got a record contract) is often cited as the “fifth Beatle.” - - so it’s all very confusing)
5. Questions arise about the new The Omen remake of why they are messing with the original? Good damned question!
6. Lawsuits are boiling over in regards to Shiloh Nouvel Joilie-Pitt’s (aka Brangelina spawn) mug shots (aka baby pictures) being published on several websites - - apparently Hello! Magazine (UK) and People Magazine (US) obtained exclusive rights to the pictures and are suing any website who publishes the pictures (aka scoops the aforementioned magazines).
7. Katie Holmes is set to cash in on her wedding to Tom Cruise. “Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes fans may be hearing wedding bells — or maybe the sound of a cash register. The couple reportedly have hammered out a prenuptial agreement that will give Holmes as much as $33 million and that will pave the way for the two to get hitched.

   The happy couple and their lawyers have come up with a contract that will give Holmes $3 million a year up to $33 million for each year that she is married to Cruise, as well as a palatial home in Montecito, California, according to Life & Style Weekly. If the marriage lasts longer than eleven years, the contract becomes void and California’s community property law kicks in — giving Holmes half of Cruise’s rather sizeable fortune.

   She’s getting rich hitched! (ummm… has anyone actually SEEN the baby yet??)

8. Much speculation about Britney Spear’s new man… er.. Manny, as they call him. He’s a nanny. He’s a body guard. He’s cute. He’s built. And.. he already has a girlfriend.. So, he’s not KFed’s replacement - - but we’re still hopefull that Britney will dump KFed and move on with her life - - because any life without KFed is a better life, indeed.
9. Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban are hoping for a press-free wedding. Yea. Right.
10. Almost a year ago, Olivia Newton-John’s boyfriend Patrick Kim McDermott vanished while on an overnight fishing trip, leaving Newton-John, his family and authorities in the dark as to what happened to him, but fearful that he may have fallen overboard to his death. Shortly after, investigations revealed he was having strained relations with his ex wife over outstanding child support payments. Speculation about his own faked death ensued. Drama. Drama. Drama. Now - four separate witnesses claim to have seen him in Mexico since his dissapearance last year. Is Patrick McDermott the new Elvis?
11. Seems American Idol’s Chris Daugherty will not be filling Fuel’s shortage - he’s declined the offer to be the frontman for popular band, Fuel. He must have other plans, eh?
12. Lindsay Lohan has turned into a proper Hollywood Diva now that she quit her new movie called Bill. Reason: The director of the movie is not well enough known.. First time directors are not good enough for the 19 year old upstart. Bitch.

3. Early reviews of The Da Vinci Code don’t sound very good. But, the reviews came out of Cannes - so it’s entirely possible if they hated it, I’ll probably LOVE it!

Usually a meticulously stylish star, Jennifer Lopez spawned a fresh round of baby rumors when she showed up on the red carpet sporting gray roots (hair dye may be dangerous for women during their first trimester). Tom Hanks spoke out about the boycott of the movie The Da Vinci Code:

But Oscar-winner Hanks said objectors to The Da Vinci Code are taking the film too seriously, telling the Evening Standard: “We always knew there would be a segment of society that would not want this movie to be shown.

“But the story we tell is loaded with all sorts of hooey and fun kind of scavenger-hunt-type nonsense.

“If you are going to take any sort of movie at face value, particularly a huge-budget motion picture like this, you’d be making a very big mistake.

“It’s a damn good story and a lot of fun… all it is is dialogue. That never hurts.”

It’s a fictional story - - not like it’s been hawked around as a factual documentary, or anything. Dan Brown (the author of the book) is no Michael Moore in that regard. But the book, and now the movie, has Chrisitans all up in arms about how it’s ‘attacking the Catholic Church’ and filled with lies and untruths.

Untruths?? How dare they say that about a FICTIONAL piece of work! Pfft.

The call for the boycott is being led by Archbishop Angelo Amato and describeds the book/movie as “stridently anti-Christian” and called for believers to “reject the lies and gratuitous defamation” in the book. He added: “If such lies and errors had been directed at the Koran and Holocaust they would have justly provoked a world uprising. Instead, if they are directed against the church and Christians, they remain unpunished. I hope you will boycott the film.”

A more reasonable Cardinal Cormac Murphy O’Connor, head of the Roman Catholic church in England and Wales, told the Jonathan Dimbleby programme on ITV1 on Sunday: “I think it’s a harmless thriller. If people want to read it they can and people who read it should realise it is fiction.”

That’s more like it.

In a fictional book - I can say that the sun is purple, the moon is made of cheese, the oceans are filled with chocolate and George Clooney kissed me on my doorstep before I turned to walk into my gingerbread house.

Is the world ready? I really don’t think so. I mean, come on - let’s give the poor girl a break, shall we? Sean Preston is all of, what… 6, maybe 8, months old? PLUS, she’s preggers with her second baby so soon after giving birth to the first. Girlfriend is allowed a few rolls here and there, isn’t she?

Let’s face it - - out here in flyover country, it’s more than a little satisfying to see our sex-pot Britney looking a little…flabby. Com’On - - admit it! Just for a split second - it’s satisfying, isn’t it?

But for her to do a film with a nude scene?? We’re not ready… hell, she’s not ready! Let’s just hope it’s not anytime soon!

Poor Brit. Maybe she’s really happy, deep down? Maybe we’ve got it all wrong and her life isn’t on a path of utter self-destruction??

Then again, maybe she needs to ditch KFed . .re-invent herself in a SERIOUS way.. put out a killer album, do a nude scene in a movie with George Clooney and get a nose job. Hell, the rest of Hollywood is doing it!

Paris Hilton is many things – but a nun?!

And not just any nun, Hilton is being considered to play Mother Teresa, according to People magazine.

Indian film director T. Rajeevnath, who is making a movie about the late Mother Teresa said the 25-year-old socialite is on his short list of actresses to play the Nobel Prize winner.

The director said Hilton shares a close “facial resemblance” with Mother Teresa.

“A meeting with Paris Hilton is scheduled for the end of April,” Rajeevnath said.

He said he stumbled upon the casting idea when he saw a computer-generated image showing what he considers a close facial resemblance between the 25-year-old hotel heiress and the Albanian-born nun, who died in 1997.

Still, Hilton’s casting is not a slam dunk. “Although there are several actresses willing to play the role of Mother Teresa, the most widely respected and loved person, the history of the actress who is finally chosen for the role would have to be analyzed thoroughly before she is chosen,” Rajeevnath said.

Indian press reports say the movie will be in English, and shooting in West Bengal and several other countries is scheduled to begin in early 2007, with proceeds benefiting the Missionaries of Charity, according to People.

Seriously, what goes through the minds of film directors to consider such a MISMATCH? Now I’ve heard EVERYTHING!

MI3 is expected to gross approxmiately $43 Million for its opening weekend - - much lower than it’s projected $63 Mil. MI2 grossed a heafty $57 Mil on it’s opening weekend . . so why the dissapointment with MI3?

Could it be the star? Is it all Tom Cruise’s fault? Was it his bizzare couch jumping antics? His strange relationship with Katie Holmes? His public bashing of Brooke Shields and her use of Prozac for post-partum depression? His televised heated argument with Matt Lauer? Is it all of the above… or does the movie just suck?

Sarah Michelle Gellar: Best known for her role in Buffy: The Vampire Slayer - so she definitley has those super hero moves down . . and she does have experience in saving the world from vampires, right?

Jessica Biel: Known for her role in 7th Heaven - that good, wholesome, conservative family values type of show . . . right up Superwoman’s alley.. or is it? Her sexy show-off body in the Blade: Trinity movie shows she’s got the bod for that super hot Superwoman outfit!

Charisma Carpenter: Actress from the ill-received Veronica Mars and a co-star to Sarah Michelle Gellar as Cordelia Chase in Buffy The Vampire Slayer. She was once a very cute cheerleader for the San Diego Chargers - - hmm, perhaps too cute for the role of Superwoman? Superwoman wasn’t cute… she was flaming hot gorgeous!
