There’s just SO MUCH celeb gossip going around, it’s impossible to keep up with it on. I just don’t know how some folks do it - - although, I know some of them do this celebrity gossip blogging thing full time. So, I thought - once a week, I’d do a round up to kind of bring myself up to speed on all the goings on in celebrity gossip blogging that’s going on out there and share some link love with some of the favs I have in celeb gossiping.

George Michael fell asleep at the wheel - On Thursday night the gay star went cruising near his home and dozed off at traffic lights in Highgate, north London.

Thought we would join in the Thursday Thirteen fun this week - with a Diva Twist. Instead of 13 things directly about Me - I have thirteen celebrity facts I’ve run across this week and found to be interesting:

1. In the world of irony, Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes welcome the arrival of Suri, the TomKat kitten on the VERY same day that Brooke Sheilds announces arrival of her newborn daughter, Grier. Wasn’t it Tom and Brooke who had words previously about the pros and cons of anti-depressant medications? Let’s see who wins the post-partum depression battle!
2. Britney is all set to sue the makers of the high chair that injured Baby Sean earlier last week. “The chair’s back broke,” a “family insider” explained to the mag. “She’s going to see if there was a fault in the chair.”. K-Fed must be using up her bank account QUICK - - nothing promises a quick buck like a good lawsuit!
3. Is Whitney Houston really gonna kick the crack habit this time? - - What kind of good reality TV is a sober Whitney gonna make? Maybe she’ll go back to singing again - - that is, if she hasn’t fried her vocal chords with all that smack!
4. British Newspaper, The Sun, apologized to Terri Hatcher after publishing that she was doing the nasty in a trailer with guys parked outside her home. In December, Terri Hatcher accepted an undisclosed amount from another tabloid, The Daily Sport, for making the same claims. So, basically - Hatcher is getting paid for not getting laid. I want that job!
5. The latest BUMP watch is on Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt - they’ve moved to Nambia, South Africa to have the Brangelina spawn and are considering a Nambian name for the child so little Maddox and Zahara don’t feel weird for having such funky names, themselves. In other Brangelina news - - a judge in California has granted a name change for the children from Jolie to Jolie-Pitt. Brad has officially adopted them - - but hasn’t married their mother yet.
6. Luke Perry is asking for a little restraint…against a woman the actor says is harassing him and his two children, that is. Poor guy
7. Kevin Federline criticizes Nick Lachey and Jessica Simpson saying he doesn’t believe in divorce. Shit, if I were married to Britney’s bank account - I wouldn’t believe in divorce either - - I’d be TOTALLY against it!
8. Colin Farrell settled his sex tape fiasco with his ex-girlfriend. Last year, Farrell accused Narain of trying to distribute the tape through an intermediary. He sought general and compensatory damages and demanded that all copies of the tape be returned to him. I’m sure we’ll be seeing it on the internet any day now (ala’ Paris)
9. Cher apologized for not thanking her director EIGHTEEN years ago when she won an Oscar for Best Actress in Moonstruck. She thanked her hairdresser instead, which angered many. Personally, I don’t remember it - - but 18 years later?? Talk about poor timing, Cher!
10. Heather Locklear (who looks outrageously sexy for her age!) is dating David Spade. You know.. I’ve read a lot of commentary on this relationship where no one can see it, imagine it or believe it - -but on some strange level.. I can see it. I wish them the best
11. The famous and infamous heiress is launching a line of cell phone games, with the first expected to be a puzzle game released worldwide this summer. Oh. Gee. I just can’t wait. Can you?
12. Michael Jackson will be releasing a new album soon. Oh. Gee. I just can’t wait. Can you? (it justified repeating for this one)
13. Celebrity Birthdays on this Thursday Thirteen day: Actor Ryan O’Neal is 65, Actress Jessica Lange is 57, Actor Crispin Glover is 42, Actress Carmen Electra is 34, Actor Joey Lawrence is 30, Actor Clint Howard is 47, Country singer Wade Hayes is 37.

Looks like Britney is in trouble again with the Los Angeles child-welfare Department. It appears that poor Sean Preston has been diagnosed with a skull fracture. This certainly isn’t what Britney needs after being scrutinized and criticized for her incident of driving her car with Sean Preston on her lap. That, alone, garnered negative attention on Britney, for which she later stated she made a mistake

The Department of Children and Family Services could not be reached for comment.

Per the Star, Spears’ baby, Sean Preston, was injured Mar. 31 in a high chair mishap while in the care of his nanny in California. Spears and her husband, aspiring rapper Kevin Federline, were in Dallas at the time, the tabloid said.

Last Friday, the Star said, a CAT scan revealed Sean Preston had sustained a “minor skull fracture and a blood clot.” As is the routine, the magazine reported, the head-injury diagnosis was red-flagged by child welfare officials, and an inquiry opened.

A skull fracture can be very serious - I hope baby Sean is OK.

Jennifer Lopez filed suit in Los Angeles Monday claiming her ex-husband threatened to write a book about her if she did not pay him $5 million.

Ojani Noa is his name and dishin’ dirt is his game. He apparently contacted J-Lo’s lawyer in 2005 to let them know he was shopping for a publisher for his tell-all tale, unless, of course, J-Lo was willing to negotiate. The rat bastard!

About a year later, he contacted them again stating he would not stop the marketing of his new book unless Jenn was willing to fork over a cool $5Million.

So, Jenn did what any woman would do to save her self - she counter sued.

According to the court documents the lawsuit states:

“OK, let’s face it we can negociate [sic] something, but I’m not stopping my life because of her, I already did many times, and is [sic] not gonna happen again, she may want me to stay quite [sic], and not talk about her it [sic] all in the Book, I’ll be more happy to do do, if we can come to an agreement…”

The lawsuit J-Lo filed also goes after Noa for making false statements to NY Posts’ infamous Page Six alleging “[Lopez] flew [Noa] to Brazil to the set of ‘Anaconda’ to celebrate his 23rd birthday, and unbeknownst to him, Lopez was also seeing a castmate and that [Lopez] had an affair with Marc Anthony while he was still married to Dayanara Torres (in 1999).”
