I just don’t know how some folks do it - - although, I know some of them do this celebrity gossip blogging thing full time. Are Justin and Cameron back on? People Magazine is reporting the couple reunited Friday night at the Whiskey Bar in the Sunset Marquis Hotel in West Hollywood.

A patron tells PEOPLE that Timberlake had joined director Martin Scorsese and about eight other people at a table inside the hotel’s exclusive bar. Timberlake, in a striped coat, chatted briefly with Scorsese (who directed Diaz in Gangs of New York) and others at the table.

Then, at about 1 a.m., Diaz arrived. “Cameron never joined their table,” says the observer. “She just showed up and Justin got up and started talking to her. They were being very discreet.

“They weren’t kissing or holding hands or anything, but they were being very friendly,” the observer adds.

The pair, who broke up last month after nearly four years together, then walked out the front door together a half-hour later. Says the onlooker: “When I first saw this girl, I thought, ‘That’s not Scarlett Johansson or Jessica Biel.’ Then it hit me – it was Cameron! She was low-key, her hair was dark and pulled back.”

They have both publicly stated they are still friends and stll very fond of one another - so this could be nothing - - or something. Justin has been tied with gorgeous Hollywood vixens such as Scarlett Johannson and Jessica Biel in the recent past - and even a brief flirty fling with Kate Hudson. Or all those rumors could be a myth built for the sole purpose of bringing sexy back.

It doesn’t seem likely that they are getting back together.. but this is Hollywood - nothing surprises.

This seems to put to rest the “are they or aren’t they” rumors that have been ciruclating around about these two. They seem such an unlikely pairing - the thoughtful, introspective, mysterious artist with the blonde, bouncy and giggling “is this chicken, or is this fish??” bimbette. And yet — they make such a cute pair! Us Weekly has dubbed them “Johnica” - so I guess its official if you earn the ‘couple with one name’ moniker in Hollywood these days.

John Mayer and Jessica Simpson didn’t walk the red carpet together for the Grammys and didn’t sit together at the broadcast, but they did get close at the Sony/BMG Grammy after-party. Mayer has been very reluctant to answer any questions about his relationship with Simpson, even going as far as to start speaking Japanese when Ryan Seacrest asked him about Jessica during the red carpet to the Grammys.

Marc Malkin reported that John Mayer and Jessica Simpson were spotted kissing on the cheek as John was stroking her back and singing “Wishing Well” to her, the ’80s hit by Terence Trent D’Arby. He reports that when Jessica came in to the party, John kissed her and then they parted ways so Jess could chat with Ashlee Simpson, only to be reunited for the back stroking. While Joe Simpson and even Chris Daughtry joined the couple in conversation, John began singing the D’Arby song. There is no word on if the couple left the party together, but there has been numerous stories about Jessica joining John on his latest tour.

Trent, over at Pink is The New Blog is a disbeliever. Trent has not bought into the whole “Suri Cruise” concept and thinks it all a SHAM: “Actually, I wouldn’t have been surprised at all if they had shown “actual footage of Suri” because it’s been so long since the “baby” was “born” that Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes could pretty much pass off any baby they may have procured on the sly as their own. I fully expect that we will see Suri Holmes-Cruise at some point (maybe very soon) but I don’t think I’ll ever believe she was borne naturally from the loins of TomKat”

It’s a rare (maybe this is a first?) thing that Diva Dish touches on politics here. Seriously, celebrities are well known for spouting off their 1, 2, 3, 4… cents on topics ranging from the environment, war, foreign policy, guns - you name it, Hollywood has a platform for everything - most of it nonsense and of no greater value than the political commentary of your next door neighbor (unless your neighbor happens to be a Bush or a Kennedy, then well.. ya know).

But, this quote from Brad Pitt regarding Angelina’s new movie project really just shows how sheltered and isolated some of Hollywood really is in their ‘make love, not war’ completely politically correct way of irritatingly tolerating absolutely every thing.

The movie? A Mighty Heart by Marianne Pearl, the widow of slain Wall Street Journal reporter Daniel Pearl.

Now, forget the fact that a movie has already been made about Daniel Pearl. Oh yes, it has! It was distributed across the internet just as fast as the little data lines could carry it. The movie was made by the terrorists.

To summarize: Daniel Pearl was a reporter who was lured into an interview, kidnapped by Islamic fundamentalists (read: terrorists) and brutally killed by beheading in front of rolling video cameras. Before chopping off his head - the terrorists asked Pearl to identify himself. Not by name. Not by country. Not by occupation. But by religion. Identify himself as a Jew - once he did, off went his head! He was killed because he was a Jew.

This is the concept that Brad Pitt wants us to be so understanding about - without anger and without judgement.

Can we all just get along? Kumbaya, Puff the Magic Dragon and flower power, man. All those terrorists need is a little love and understanding.

But hey, at the end of the day? Brad Pitt is still cute as hell, right?

You can still see the remnants of the tatoo that USED to be in that spot - - the one with the coiled snake that used to say “Billy Bob”.

4. How many of you could win the trivia question “Who was the Fifth Beatle?” Anyone? Well his name was Billy Preston and he died today at the age of 59. RIP. (of course, the fifth Beatle” has been used, accurately, to describe their bassist, Stuart Sutcliffe, who left the band in 1962, and died of a brain hemorrhage shortly thereafter. Similarly, their drummer Pete Best (replaced by Ringo Starr when the band got a record contract) is often cited as the “fifth Beatle.” - - so it’s all very confusing)
5. Questions arise about the new The Omen remake of why they are messing with the original? Good damned question!
6. Lawsuits are boiling over in regards to Shiloh Nouvel Joilie-Pitt’s (aka Brangelina spawn) mug shots (aka baby pictures) being published on several websites - - apparently Hello! Magazine (UK) and People Magazine (US) obtained exclusive rights to the pictures and are suing any website who publishes the pictures (aka scoops the aforementioned magazines).
7. Katie Holmes is set to cash in on her wedding to Tom Cruise. “Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes fans may be hearing wedding bells — or maybe the sound of a cash register. The couple reportedly have hammered out a prenuptial agreement that will give Holmes as much as $33 million and that will pave the way for the two to get hitched.

   The happy couple and their lawyers have come up with a contract that will give Holmes $3 million a year up to $33 million for each year that she is married to Cruise, as well as a palatial home in Montecito, California, according to Life & Style Weekly. If the marriage lasts longer than eleven years, the contract becomes void and California’s community property law kicks in — giving Holmes half of Cruise’s rather sizeable fortune.

   She’s getting rich hitched! (ummm… has anyone actually SEEN the baby yet??)

8. Much speculation about Britney Spear’s new man… er.. Manny, as they call him. He’s a nanny. He’s a body guard. He’s cute. He’s built. And.. he already has a girlfriend.. So, he’s not KFed’s replacement - - but we’re still hopefull that Britney will dump KFed and move on with her life - - because any life without KFed is a better life, indeed.
9. Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban are hoping for a press-free wedding. Yea. Right.

Almost a year ago, Olivia Newton-John’s boyfriend Patrick Kim McDermott vanished while on an overnight fishing trip, leaving Newton-John, his family and authorities in the dark as to what happened to him, but fearful that he may have fallen overboard to his death. Shortly after, investigations revealed he was having strained relations with his ex wife over outstanding child support payments. Speculation about his own faked death ensued. Drama. Drama. Drama. Now - four separate witnesses claim to have seen him in Mexico since his dissapearance last year. Is Patrick McDermott the new Elvis?
11. Seems American Idol’s Chris Daugherty will not be filling Fuel’s shortage - he’s declined the offer to be the frontman for popular band, Fuel. He must have other plans, eh?
12. Lindsay Lohan has turned into a proper Hollywood Diva now that she quit her new movie called Bill. Reason: The director of the movie is not well enough known.. First time directors are not good enough for the 19 year old upstart. Bitch.
